If you ever had a QuickFeis account, please do not create a new one!

Every dance FAMILY that wants to attend any event run by QuickFeis, will need to have a FAMILY QuickFeis account
To create your account, please make sure to complete ALL these steps!

(1) Click the CREATE NEW ACCOUNT button at the top of this page

(2) Fill out ALL the fields on the form
***If you are a teacher or judge, please mark YES in the red section

(3) Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button at the bottom

(4) Log into your QuickFeis account again

(5) Click the UPDATE PROFILE(S) button in the upper right corner

(6) Click the CHANGE ACCOUNT PROFILE (ADD/EDIT Competitors)

(7) Click the ADD NEW COMPETITOR to Family Account

(8) Fill in all the fields – they are all required and must be correct!

(9) Click the SAVE button on the left

Repeat steps 5-8 for all competitors in your family

Now you are ready to register for a feis. You should not need to repeat any of these steps in the future, once you are set up, you are good for all future feises. If something changes (your school or region), just update your profile!

(1) Log into your QuickFeis account again

(2) Click the UPDATE PROFILE(S) button in the upper right corner

(3) Click the CHANGE ACCOUNT PROFILE (ADD/EDIT Competitors)

(4) Click the CHANGE PROFILE next to the competitors name

(5) Change all the fields that need to be updated

(6) Click the SAVE button on the left

Please do not delete and start a new profile.
If you change schools or region, just update your profile.

◾ Make sure you are logged in to your QuickFeis account

◾ From the home page, select the feis you want to register for by clicking the REGISTER FOR THIS FEIS button in the feis box

◾ Click the NEW REGISTRATION button next to your competitor's name

◾ STEP 1 – make sure to select your level (if required)

◾ STEP 2 – select all the competitions you wish to enter

◾ Click the SAVE AND GO TO PAYMENT PAGE to review your registration

◾ If you have other competitors in your family to register, do it now

◾ When done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click CLICK HERE TO CHECKOUT

◾ Click the CHECKOUT AND PAY button

Complete the payment process. You do not require a PayPal account to complete your payment, you can pay as a "guest". Please note that eChecks are not accepted.

PLEASE only register for ONE feis at a time. Having multiple windows open at registration will result in registration errors!

There are two parts to the QuickFeis account - (1) creating the account, and (2) adding all the competitors to your account. If you are unable to register for anything, chances are that you did not add yourself as a competitor on your QuickFeis account

To add a competitor to your account:

(1) Log into your QuickFeis account again

(2) Click the UPDATE PROFILE(S) button in the upper right corner

(3) Click the CHANGE ACCOUNT PROFILE (ADD/EDIT Competitors)

(4) Click the CHANGE PROFILE next to the competitors name

(5) Change all the fields that need to be updated

(6) Click the SAVE button on the left

Please do not delete and start a new profile.

If AFTER online registration is closed, you still need to make a registration correction, your only option will be to do it AT THE FEIS (on the day of the feis).
◾ Go to the feis and find the TABULATION office before NOON
◾ You MUST bring your DANCER CARD with you!
◾ QuickFeis staff is usually there starting 45 minutes before dancing starts
◾ You do not need to be there first thing in the morning, unless your dancer is dancing first thing. You can come anytime before NOON - about an hour before your dancer has to dance, to make all corrections.
◾ "Corrections" are only for (1) change of date of birth (where competitions have to be switched to different ages), (2) change of gender, (3) change of school name, or (4) change of spelling of name. These corrections are FREE.
◾ All other changes such as (but not limited to) adding a competitions, switching from one competition to another, ... will be charged the late CHANGE fee as per the feis syllabus.

Keep in mind that all unpaid online registrations are automatically dropped and the only way to then register for the feis will be AT THE FEIS - provided the feis allows it (see website and syllabus for details).

1. Click the LOG IN button at the top of the QuickFeis page

2. Click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link

3. Type the email address you use for your QuickFeis account

4. Click the EMAIL LINK button

5. Check your email inbox. An email was sent to your email address with a link to reset your password. Click that link

6. You will be returned to the QuickFeis website - now re-enter your QuickFeis email address, your NEW password, and retype the new password for confirmation.

7. Click the RESET button


8. Click the LOG IN button at the top of the QuickFeis page

9. Enter your QuickFeis email address and your new updated password

Your individual results can be found by:
◾ Logging into your QuickFeis account
◾ On the RIGHT side of the HOME PAGE Click the VIEW MY RESULTS button
◾ Select the feis for which you want to see your results
◾ If your family has multiple dancers, you will also need to select your dancer

These are ALL the scores and comments given by the judges.

◾ Log into your QuickFeis account
◾ Click on the REGISTER FOR THIS FEIS button for your feis
◾ Click the EDIT REGISTRATION button for your dancer
◾ Select the competition you want to enter

Uncheck competitions you do not want to attend
Check mark competitions you do want to attend

◾ Click the SAVE AND GO TO PAYMENT PAGE

If your change(s) results in no additional payment owed, you are done
If your change results in a balance owed, you need to continue and

◾ Scroll to the bottom of the page and click CLICK HERE TO CHECKOUT
◾ Click the CHECKOUT AND PAY button and complete your payment (even if you owe nothing, you still need to complete this last step to save your changes)

Please note that you can ONLY make registration changes while online registration is open. After online registration closes, no more changes will be accepted.

QuickFeis does not send out email confirmations of registrations

You can verify your QuickFeis registration by:
◾ Logging into your QuickFeis account
◾ Click the REGISTRATION STATUS tab

If your dances are marked as PAID - you are registered and all set for the feis.

If any competitions are marked as NOT PAID, you will need to complete your registration to be correctly and completely registered for the feis.

Remember that all UNPAID registrations will be dropped (deleted) after online registration is closed.

◾ Make sure you are logged in to your QuickFeis account

◾ From the home page, select the feis you want to register for by clicking the REGISTER FOR THIS FEIS button in the feis box

◾ Click the NEW REGISTRATION button next to your competitor's name

◾ Make sure to select your level (if required)

◾ Scroll to the bottom of the page - that is where additional competitions can be found

Any feis that uses QuickFeis will not require that you pre-print your dancer card.
QuickFeis will print your card for you, and you can pick it up at the feis.
